Hourly Rates

• 2 hours minimum per job
• 3 hour minimums for office moves.  These fees only apply when moving an entire office.  These fees do not apply if only moving a couple of  items or desks. Prices will be discounted for : Repeat clients, Pro-rated rates, and handicapped clients.
• 1 man – $40-50
• 2 men – $70-80
• 3 men – $90-100
• 4 men – $115-125
• 5 men – $150
• 6 men – $175
• 7 men – $200
• 8 men – $225

Flat Rates

• 1 bedroom rates $175-$350
• 2 bedrooms rates $375-$525
• 3 bedrooms rates $550 – $750
• 4 bedrooms rates $775-$1000
• 5 bedrooms and up $1100 or more

A fee to cover flights of stairs will be included in all moves. Prices vary depending on how many flights of stairs you have. This maybe waived if the client is paying an hourly rate. Will not be waived if paying a flat rate.

Long distance moves are much more costly than local moves.  All situations are different, therefore, the rates vary.

We will not move any furniture that looks or feels like it is already broken or falling apart for liability reasons.

We give 10% off to all Fire Fighters, Police Officers, teachers, and military personnel on any service we offer.

We do evictions as well. Evictions are usually teams of  5-8 men. In most cases we do 5 men for 150 for an hour, or 6 men for 175.  It usually only takes about an hour to evict a resident unless there is an overwhelming amount of stuff. Such as: hoarding or lots of heavy furniture which requires a little extra time.  But even in those situations 6 men will usually be enough. There is a 1-hour and half minimum required for all evictions. We will not haul away any hazardous materials or feces.

Packing & Assembling

We offer packing services to our customers. Customers must pay for all the packing material. We will provide you with a receipt if we purchase the materials.  However packing a house is a completely different rate. On-site estimates will most likely have to be given in order to give you an accurate estimate

Packing a house varies in price.  The amount of furniture and the size determines prices. Prices vary anywhere between 150-1000. Usually it will be a crew of about 2-5 people.

Assembling and Disassembling

• Assembling furniture $20 dollars each piece. We only assemble regular furniture. We do not assemble ikea furniture, or any other furniture that has a million pieces to it, and that’s tedious and time consuming.
• Disassembling furniture $20 dollars each piece

Junk Removal

Prices vary depending on the weight of your junk. Our box truck is 14 feet long, 10 feet wide. We will not take any debris that is loose. It must be bagged or boxed.  My vehicle holds up to 6 Thousand pounds of junk. Scrap metal is free. keep in mind that the dumping fee’s in every county & state are different. we will charge accordingly depending on your states dumping fee’s.

We remove yard debris, trash, furniture, tires, boxes, tree limbs. Fees are:

• Truck load – $350-400
• Half truck load – $200-225
• minimum charge is $160 for up to 1,000 lbs

Wood, construction debris, bagged dirt.  Fees are:

• Truck load – $460
• Half truck load – $260
• Metal & Appliances are – Free. However must have a minimum weight of about 500 pounds.

Fee includes vehicle expenses, labor, dumping and recycling fees. Prices might be reduced depending on the situation.

We do not remove hazardous materials, asphalt, concrete, rocks, oil.

Delivery

We deliver furniture, boxes, office desks, and appliances for a $70 minimum within 20 miles. We do not deliver pianos unless they are uprights, and are on a ground level.

• One piece of furniture, appliance  - $70. Within 20 miles. $1 per every additional mile after
• Each additional piece of furniture – $15
• Each additional man needed is $15
• Office furniture 1 Light Desk is $125 2men.
• Office furniture 1Heavy Desk is 150 3men.
• Delivery fee’s are $90 during rush hour times. between hours of 3-6pm.

Delivery fee includes vehicle expenses, labor and time sitting in traffic.
